Posted awhile back that I picked up another Camaro, A 2000 SS convertible to be exact. So far have mainly just detailed it and put in the skip shift eliminator. After owning it now for a couple weeks, I need to add stripes badly, there is just way too much white on this car.
In the drive way with the 14:
Now all I need to do is get all of them together (68 is currently at my grandparents) for a photo op.
So I now only need to win to lotto to complete the set of owning one of each gen.

I had a 97 Z28 30th anniversary car years ago, loved the orange stripes, but on this car i am probably going black, did see a similar car on ebay with red and looked nice too.
My old 97:

That’s pretty sweet. I was meh on these when they came out, but the body style, to me, has aged really well and now I like them.

I’d love to get my hands on a clean 30th Anniversary Camaro one of these days. Hands down my favorite 4th gen.

its surprisingly rigid, now a 3rd gen drop top, those had flex, never were designed to have the top cut off.

it was a great car till I had to work on the damn opti-spark of the LT1. It was a week long job to change plugs, wires, opti, and water pump. The parts house water pumps are a joke. plus you need to remove a lot of stuff to even get your wrench near the plugs on the passenger side.

Yeah, I’m hoping I know longer own my Roadmaster the next time it needs an Optispark, and it’s not nearly as bad as working on a 4th gen Camaro.

Yeah you have plenty of room, I’ve worked on 95 Impala SS before and the water pump and opti are easy to access. In a Camaro you almost have to pull the radiator, I didn't but it was really tight.
